During this call, we will explore project goals, discuss our Standards for Partnership, and gauge mission alignment and desired outcomes and deliverables in 15 - 30 minutes.

Partner will provide a resource band/range of available resources.

Scope-of-Work (SOW) will be scaled up or down to reflect the allocated resources.

Upon receiving and reviewing the resource estimation from your team, EVNoire will schedule a Working Session to co-create the Scope of Work with key timelines and milestones 30 - 60 minutes.

Based upon determinations made during the Working Session, the EVNoire team will review the desired engagement and prepare a contract.

Upon finalization of the contract, EVNoire will schedule a Project Kickoff meeting with your team. Key strategies, roles and responsibilities, and timelines will be confirmed.

EVNoire team facilitates a full scope of services in which key strategies and timelines are met. EVNoire will work with our partners to refine implementation as necessary.

EVNoire team will provide a project reporting schedule as agreed upon in the Scope of Work. The partner will receive all deliverables, reports, and presentations.

Partners may choose to work with EVNoire under a
